"There’s a really easy method. Get a stamp template from deviantart. Simply search these keywords. Then go to photopea - knows the same as photoshop, but in browser. If u need help with layers, watch a ps tutorial, but it’s really easy to learn! Get a pic you want and just put it on the stamp template. Gimp is another alternative if you want a program on ur pc, but basically that’s it!"
